At Exit Cleaners, our commitment to maintaining a dedicated and efficient cleaning team hinges on consistent work schedules. While we recognise that life is unpredictable and circumstances like illness or family emergencies are sometimes unavoidable, we strive to minimise the impact of late cancellations.<\/p>

To support our teams and ensure their availability, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Failure to provide this notice may result in a $90 cancellation fee. Additionally, for last-minute cancellations, we may need to impose a full-service cancellation fee.<\/p>

Our cancellation policy also extends to situations beyond direct cancellation requests. These include instances where our team cannot access the property, encounters payment issues, or lacks essential utilities like running water, electricity, or functional air conditioning, particularly during summer. While we always aim to find alternative solutions in such scenarios, an inability to perform our services due to factors outside our control may necessitate a cancellation fee.<\/p>
