Holly is the owner and founder of Lotus Rehab, a holistic pelvic health physical therapy practice. Holly is passionate about treating the whole person, and not just a symptom. She enjoys empowering her clients to navigate and achieve their goals. At Lotus Rehab, we specialize in pelvic pain, the pregnant and postpartum population, and diagnoses including incontinence/leaking, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis/abdominal separation, constipation, dyspareunia and painful intercourse, endometriosis, tailbone pain, bladder pain syndrome/IC, etc. At Lotus Rehab we pride ourselves on a comfortable atmosphere, personalized care, and providing you with the time and attention you need and deserve. We are a cash-pay out of network practice allowing for 60 minute treatment sessions one-on-one with the PT.

Dr. Hernandez is hands down AMAZING. She is extremely competent, professional, considerate, and kind. Her ability to forge a deep emotional relationship with every patient makes her an even more effective practitioner, because let’s face it, PFPT is a pretty sensitive form of medicine! Her guidance, encouragement, and professional expertise have helped me to rehabilitate so much more quickly than in pregnancies past. I wish I could take her with me when I move!!
