I am the owner and lead therapist at PelvicSmart Rehabilitation and Wellness, PLLC, a pelvic health physical therapy specialty practice in Danville, KY. We provide expert specialized pelvic health physical therapy services to women and children with a wide variety of pelvic health conditions. I have a background in college level human anatomy and physiology instruction and am a huge proponent for pelvic health education as a necessary component of recovery from pelvic conditions.

The therapy we provide at PelvicSmart may be reimbursable through your out of network benefits, if you have commercial insurance. Every insurance is different, so we recommend that you contact your insurance for more information to see how your out of network benefits work. Since we are out of network with insurances, we do not have any direct contact with your insurance before, during or after your care. We DO accept FSA and HSA cards. Since we are NOT in network with Medicare or Medicaid and these insurances do not offer out of network benefits, we recommend you seek care from a therapist who is in network with Medicare or Medicaid.
